Supporting clinicians in building confidence, skill, and balance in their clinical work.

Clinical Supervision & Consultation Services

A Space for Growth, Reflection, and Support

Supervision and consultation are more than just requirements — they’re opportunities to grow into the kind of clinician you want to be. Whether you’re working toward licensure, navigating complex cases, or building your own practice, these spaces allow for reflection, professional development, and renewed confidence in your work.

Ashley's approach is relational, collaborative, and grounded in compassion. She aims to create a supportive environment where clinicians feel comfortable bringing their clinical challenges, personal reactions, and professional goals. Together, we explore not only what’s happening in the therapy room, but also the deeper layers of identity, balance, and meaning that shape our work as therapists.

Supervision for LCSW Licensure (Pennsylvania)

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania, Ashley provides clinical supervision for therapists working toward LCSW licensure. Ashley's supervision approach focuses on helping clinicians develop clinical insight, strengthen therapeutic relationships, and build confidence in navigating ethical and emotional challenges that arise in the field.

Areas of focus often include:

  • Case conceptualization and treatment planning

  • Developing a reflective, trauma-informed lens

  • Strengthening confidence and professional identity

  • Managing transference, boundaries, and self-of-the-therapist work

  • Cultivating self-awareness and sustainable self-care practices

Consultation for Fully Licensed Clinicians

Consultation offers a collaborative, nonjudgmental space for licensed therapists seeking additional perspective or support in their work. Whether it’s case conceptualization, navigating countertransference, or integrating trauma-informed approaches, consultation can help clinicians feel more grounded and clear in their decision-making.

Consultation can also be valuable for therapists in private practice who are:

  • Seeking guidance around starting or growing a practice

  • Clarifying business values and practice identity

  • Refining boundaries, workflow, or systems to prevent burnout

  • Exploring supervision or leadership roles

My goal is to help clinicians feel supported both clinically and professionally — building confidence and alignment in their work, their goals, and their practice.
