Current Group Offerings

This group is a supportive space to process social disconnection, loneliness, and/or anxiety. This group teaches and applies principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Through guided mindfulness, values exploration, and art-based expression, group participants will learn to build psychological flexibility, increase self-awareness, and foster meaningful connection with others. You are welcome to share as much or as little about yourself while in the group and ask questions at any time.
The details:
Telehealth for those ages 18-30 living in Pennsylvania
Tuesday evenings 7-8pm beginning June 17th
$50/group session with sliding scale options available
Co-facilitated by two of our incredible clinicians, Ryan Flynn & Lydia Spence
