Hi, I'm Ryan (he/him).

Are you feeling overwhelmed? Stuck in the same cycle of thinking? Avoiding experiences for fear of messing up? You’re not alone—and just by seeking support, you’ve already taken an important first step toward growth and healing.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I specialize in treating obsessive-compulsive disorders (OCD) and anxiety disorders, including social anxiety, phobias, and panic disorder. I also help clients navigate relationship and communication challenges, workplace-related concerns, and caregiver burnout.

I use evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s needs, including:

  • Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) – the gold-standard treatment for OCD and anxiety, helping you gradually face fears while breaking unhelpful patterns.

  • Motivational Interviewing (MI) – getting curious when you feel “stuck” or avoidant,
and strengthening your motivation to take a difficult next step toward change.

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) – learning to accept what is painful, while taking meaningful action aligned with your personal values.

With over a decade in health and human services, I use a holistic approach—connecting clients to helpful resources and collaborating with their support system and treatment team when appropriate. My 5 years of management experience also influences how I work with career-related topics, including professional development and employee conflicts.

Above all, I believe therapy should feel collaborative, supportive, and practical. It can be scary and vulnerable to tackle your fears and worries head-on. My goal is to help you build effective tools, feel more empowered, and create meaningful changes in your life. (A little touch of humor also never hurts!)

If this sounds like what you're looking for, or you’re just curious to learn more, reach out for a free consultation. I’d love to connect!
